It’s hard to believe the market has started and we’re in full swing. Even though the first apple is still months away, Windfall Orchard is at the Farmers Market every Saturday morning with fresh, foraged and fermented goods. This week included oyster and pheasant back mushrooms as well as two savory soups — Thai chicken coconut with lime and cilantro and wild mushroom & barley. And, of course, we were selling Brad’s incomparable ice cider. If you’re in town between May and November, stop by the market and say hi. Saturdays from 9-12:30. We’ll be there!
